NEW YEAR, NEW LIFE!

Is what I wish for you, my friend!  🙌🏽

 Not because all is bad, and you need to fix it. But because our most exciting life is the one that is changing from where you are to where you want to be... And can be!

If we dream it, we can achieve it, right? 

 I believe that what you envision for yourself, as you ask God, The Universe and your trusty Gut: is absolutely important for you to go after... What? I didn't say get right away?

 Precisely!

It is in the pursuit of our dreams where we find the most exciting life, not necessarily when we achieve them.

 So if you want to add some more excitement to your life, start asking yourself WHAT YOU WANT.
Write it down...

If it's a long list, even better!

Dare to dream what is possible for you, and you will not only find your passions, your purpose, and your peace... But also new excitement you never knew was possible for you anymore.

 And that, in a nutshell, proves that you do not have to be young to dream, but you actually get younger by dreaming...

 Here are 9 Quick Motivation Tips that will get you closer to your dreams of getting fitter, healthier, more attractive, more independent, and with more JOY, in the 3 Areas of Exercise, Nutrition, and Rest/Attitude:
 

FIT MOVEMENT

  • Watch How You Stand: When you practice good posture, you actually get a daily workout. That simple. And you can do it today.
  • Move Wherever You Are: Maybe it's not so simple when you are in a car or elevator, but for the most part, you have enough space and freedom to walk more.
  • Move Around In Your Privacy: I used to exercise and stretch in the Corporate or Private Business Office. And now that it's even more private, we can always shake, dance, wiggle, jiggle... LOL, kind of kidding... We can push, pull, lift... That is what I call Real Life Fitness!
     

MICROBIOME NUTRITION

  • Get 30 or More Plant Foods: Even if you are not vegan like me, you can get more antioxidant and antiinflammatory foods by choosing a great variety of plants a week. Let's get to 30 as much as possible!
  • Focus on Fiber: Do not get distracted by the latest trends nor crazy recommendations to drop all carbs from your diet. Or to classify sacred fruits as refined sugar, which by the way can be good in some amounts. Carbohydrates are our best fuel, when they are whole, complete with all their fiber, like brown rice, quinoa and whole fruits.
  • Make it Easy For Your Lifestyle: I come from a big family, and eating all the meals including snacks. And also from trying out all the recommendations ever given like 5-6 meals a day... But in this moment, I simplify my food prep to 2 meals, and it really works!

 

POSITIVE REST AND ATTITUDE

  • Get All Your Sleep: Some days, we can sleep less for one reason or another - for instance, a late night, a trip, early appointments, you name it - but we make it up on other nights, so that we get all the sleep we need in a week. Because sleep cures, and prevents all that is not health!
  • Do Grounding in Nature: When we take off our shoes, and experience the grass, the sand, the earth... It's like breathe, exhale, what a relaxing sensation... It's my favorite way to unwind and destress my body and brains 🧠🧠... And we must do this every day!
  • Be Mindful of What You Actually Think: I thought that I thought positive, until I started examining my thoughts more closely... And this realization is what keeps me coaching myself - and getting Private Coaching as well! Because even if some of our thoughts are right, if they are not conducive to you feeling good, maybe it's time to substitute them for more useful and empowering thoughts!

... And that, my friend, is what changes your life forever!
